EP2 TYPE

1. Overview

EP2 is beautiful appearance, tight structure, small transmission resistance, fewer noises and convenient installation, which is the most advanced window opener product in domestic market at present. It can be equipped with remote control, smoke control, temperature control, wind control, rain control and other sensing device to automatically control the opening and closing of the sash. It’s applied for the opening and closing of the horizontal medium-pivoted skylight (side window) of industrial factory building, warehouse, waiting room of the station, terminal building, theater, auditorium, dining hall, etc.

2.Features:

1）Aluminum magnesium alloy casting is used to replace iron casting as the main material for machine body. Stroke-control is the same as the one of top-hung steel skylights.
2）The switching unit is formed by cold rolling steel, which is galvanized or spread on dacronmet. All these enhance the overall appearance and functional performance.
3）EP2 is controlled intelligently, which is furnished with additional wind, rain, temperature, smoke, light-control interface and fire coupling.
4）The stand of driving tube and the linkwork are changed to punching-formed unit, furnished with sliding bearing to lower noise.
5）It is equipped with upper, middle and below joint plate (also aluminum magnesium alloy casting) to make installment in different angles possible. And this ensures perfect appearance and wonderful function.
6）EP2 is controlled by light current.

3. Structural Principle

When window opener works, the host is driven by three-phase motor (model YS7134). The output shaft of the host drives middle opener and upper opener through transmission tube and then middle opener and upper opener drive the switch to realize the opening and closing of sash.
